錢偉,1973年9月出生,男,農學博士,研究員,博士生導師。中國作物學會、中國遺傳學會會員。德國DFG重大項目(PP 1530)外聘專家,加拿大農業部AAFC項目評審專家。

研究方向


1. 油菜基因組學與雜種優勢 提出了利用油菜亞基因組間雜種優勢的構想(Theor Appl Genet 110: 1187-1194; Euphytica 134: 9-15);並探索了利用油菜雜種優勢群的育種思路(Theor Appl Genet 115:27-34;Plant Breeding 28:466-470);研究了油菜雜種優勢與DNA甲基化的關係(PLoS ONE 2013, 8(6):e65946),正在開展油菜雜種優勢全基因組關聯分析。
2. 油菜的進化 發現了中國白菜型油菜的遺傳滲透對於甘藍型油菜遺傳基礎拓寬,以及中國甘藍型油菜馴化具有很大的作用(Theor Appl Genet 113: 49-54);提出了利用虛擬異源多倍體研究油菜起源的方法,並探索了油菜C亞基因組的來源(Heredity 106: 955-961),和甘藍的遺傳分化(Genet Res and Crop Evo l57: 687-692)。
3. 油菜種質創新 先後開展了利用油菜近緣種拓寬油菜種質的研究,鑒定出了高抗油菜菌核病的甘藍材料(Euphytica 177: 393-399);採用不同途徑獲得了一批基因組不同於現有甘藍型油菜的新型甘藍型油菜,提出了利用油菜親本種的新方法(Theor Appl Genet 126:2073-2080)。
