張曉霞

電子科技大學教授

張曉霞:女,電子科技大學光電信息學院教授,博士生導師。1987年四川大學理論物理專業研究生畢業,2001年獲西南交通大學激光與光通信博士學位,2004年3月作為訪問學者在英國倫敦帝國理工學院作訪問學者。2012年8月作為訪問學者在英國倫敦學院大學從事微波光子學理論等研究工作。目前主要從事集成光學理論及器件、光通信技術與器件等方面的研究工作。作為項目負責人作,已完成的相關科研課題:1. 國家高技術研究發展計劃(863計劃)"基於光與無線融合的微波光子探測關鍵技術研究"(批准號:2009AA03Z413)。2. 國家自然科學基金《光電信息功能材料重大研究計劃》"磷酸鹽光波導中電子輸運過程的動力學性質研究(90201011)"。3.國家自然科學基金“光與無線融合的光波導接收器件原理與關鍵科學問題研究”(61275039)。4. 省部級基金項目"窄線寬摻鉺磷酸鹽光波導激光器的研製"。5. 省部級項目"1054nm組合光波導激光器陣列"。

人物經歷


張曉霞,1987年7月,四川大學理論物理專業研究生畢業,2001年4月在西南交通大學獲博士學位,2001年5月到成都電子科技大學光電信息學院任教。2004年3月赴英國倫敦帝國理工學院作訪問學者,現任電子科技大學教授、博士導師。

主要研究方向為集成光學理論及器件、光通信技術與器件等。

主要貢獻


作為主研人參與或完成的相關科研課題:1. 國家自然科學基金面上項目“垂直腔中載流子輸運性質及低維繫統的動力學模擬研究(10174057)”。2.省部級項目“摻鉺磷酸鹽光波導放大器的研製(41302040302)”。3. 省部級基金項目“質子交換鈮酸鋰波導電光A/D轉換器技術研究(54102040203DZ02)”。在Applied Surface Science, Chinese Physics, Optics & Laser Technology, Chinese Optics Letters等刊物上發表論文五十餘篇,被《SCI》、《EI》等機構檢索收錄30餘篇。申請國家發明專利八項,其中授權兩項,合作出版著作“激光物理”“光電物理基礎”兩本。先後主持和承擔了國家自然科學基金、省、部級科研項目5項,獲省高校科技進步二等獎一項,國家成果證書一項。主持國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃《磷酸鹽光波導中電子輸運過程的動力學性質研究》,國防科技預研跨行業基金項目《窄線寬摻鉺磷酸鹽光波導激光器的研製》。參加國家自然科學基金項目《垂直腔中載流子輸運性質及低維繫統的動力學模擬研究》,與深科技聯合開發《光波導放大器的研製》等研究工作。在專業學術期刊上發表論文30餘篇,被《SCI》、《EI》、《ISTP》等構檢索收錄20餘篇。次。申請國家發明專利1項,合作出版著作一本。曾擔任半導體光電子學、量子力學與統計物理、量子力學等課程的主講工作。
