研究方向


1)發展和應用新型的生物質譜技術用於鑒定蛋白質翻譯后修飾(例如磷酸化、乙醯化、糖基化等),考察特定的修飾基團在細胞狀態轉變過程中特異性的變化,從而鑒定與該生物過程直接相關的修飾位點;
2)研究蛋白質特定的翻譯后修飾對多潛能性幹細胞的誘導和分化,以及病毒-宿主細胞的相互作用產生如何的影響;
3)發展和應用新型的生物質譜技術研究蛋白質-蛋白質、蛋白質-配體形成的複合物的結構信息。
