羅傑·巴特

巴特出生於康涅狄格州諾沃克，在新澤西州伯納茲維爾長大。他的叔叔是著名新聞記者彼得·巴特。

1987年，巴特首次在百老匯舞台上演出。1999年，憑藉《You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown》中Snoopy這個角色，他獲得了托尼獎和紐約戲劇委員會獎；2001年，他再次獲得了這兩個獎項的提名（《金牌製作人》中的Carmen Ghia）。

在電視上，巴特的第一個角色是1994年《The George Carlin Show》中George Carlin的兒子。最為觀眾熟悉的角色應該是《絕望的主婦》中完美主婦布瑞的愛慕者藥劑師喬治·威廉姆斯，憑藉這個角色，巴特獲得了美國影視協會獎。

在大銀幕上，巴特參演了2004年的《複製嬌妻》，合作演員有妮可·基德曼、馬修·布羅德里克、格倫·克洛斯。2005年，他參演了《金牌製作人》，在銀幕上再現了Carmen Ghia這個角色。巴特還參演了2007年的《紐約黑幫》和《卧底學園》。
