劉培生

江蘇南通民革副主委

劉培生,男,博士,江蘇省專用集成電路設計重點實驗室,高級工程師,副教授,碩士生導師。IEEE 高級會員。

基本信息


1971年出生於江蘇如皋。1993年畢業於蘇州大學物理系,2008年於中國科學院固體物理研究所獲博士學位。2009年起在中國科學院微電子所-南通富士通微電子有限公司從事博士后研究工作。在ACS Nano, J. Phys. Chem., J. Appl. Phys., Nanotech,J. Appl. Phys. Lett.等國際著名雜誌上發表論文40多篇,被著名雜誌引用100多次。

研究方向


功能納米材料、納米電子的設計合成及物理化學效應研究;集成電路封裝工藝研究;太陽能電池材料、生產工藝及其應用中的基礎物理、化學問題研究。目前主持和參加包括國家自然科學基金項目、省市級研究項目在內的多項科研項目。擬招收電子、物理、材料及相關專業學生。
