何健,男,1973年9月生,漢族,江西省贛州地區南康市人,微生物學系教授/博導,2000年8月留校任教,2003年晉陞講師,2002年6月-9月在香港浸會大學生物系進修環境微生物學與工程, 2005年獲得微生物學博士學位;2006年升為副教授,2011年升為教授並獲得博士生導師資格。2009年入選南京農業大學“133重點人才工程”優秀骨幹教師,2010年入選江蘇省“青藍工程”優秀青年骨幹教師培養對象,2013年獲得教育部新世紀優秀人才項目,2015年獲得江蘇省“六大人才高峰”高層次人才資助。

教學情況

從2001年起承擔“基礎微生物學(本科生)”、“基礎微生物學試驗(本科生)”、“微生物生理學(本科生)”、“環境微生物工程(本科生)”和“現代微生物研究技術與方法(研究生)”等本科生和研究生課程,教學效果良好,得到學生的一致好評。參編教材和專著4部,總字數達到21.4萬字。

科研情況

主要從事殺蟲劑和除草劑微生物降解菌株篩選、除草劑降解/抗性基因克隆和殺蟲劑和除草劑降解代謝過程機制研究,主持國家8631項、國家自然科學基金4項、科技部農業科技成果轉化項目1項、“十二五”農村領域科技計劃項目子課題3項、教育部基本科研業務費1項和江蘇省自然科學基金2項等。分離篩選到農藥和除草劑降解菌種資源200餘株,在細菌分類學權威刊物Int J Syst Evol Microbiol發表微生物新種14個,克隆到新的殺蟲劑和除草劑降解/抗性酶基因7個;近3年,作為第一和第二參加人申請國家發明專利12項,申請國際PTC2項,獲得國家發明專利7項,國際PTC1項。第一作者或通訊作者發表SCI論文30餘篇。
