2008年3月18日，Owl City第二張專輯《Maybe I’m Dreaming》問世。夢幻的標題，簡潔的封面，如同糖衣包裹的聲線和旋律，在這個春暖花開的季節再次捎來令人欣喜的清新氣息。曲風是Electronica和Pop的完美融合，似乎又有一點Indie Rock的味道。饒有趣味的歌詞有如抒情詩一般的迷人魅力，又頗具美學的魔力。你會驚嘆於冰冷的鍵盤上怎能滑落如此圓潤的音符，電子元素的巧妙運用使得整張專輯飽滿而不失利落，躍動著生機盎然的溫情。Adam Young在他的MySpace上寫到，由於失眠的緣故，大部分歌曲都是在凌晨的時候製作出來的。清晨的第一滴露水和青草的芳香，已無形地滲透到Owl City的音樂里，自然靈動的氛圍貫穿其中。《The Saltwater Room》和《Air Traffic》後半段出現的女聲好像奶油一樣，甜甜的與曲子的整體氣質都很搭。此外《Rainbow Veins》和《Dear Vienna》也都是重點推薦的曲目。讓四月的好心情伴隨好音樂蔓延。
