王玉剛，男，1976年1月生，河南省平玉縣人，漢族，中共黨員，博士，副研究員，碩士生導師。在乾旱區物質循環及其與環境關係頗有建樹，並且在諸多權威書刊上有發布諸多建設性的文章。

工作經歷

2007-至今：中國科學院新疆生態與地理研究，2007年被聘任為助理研究員，2008年被聘任為副研究員。

研究方向

乾旱區物質循環及其與環境關係。
