蓋宏偉,遼寧本溪人,1975年出生,博士,教授。湖南大學生物學院生物醫學工程系教授。美國德州大學聖安東尼奧健康科學中心生物化學系博士后,中國科學院大連化學物理研究所分析化學博士,大連理工大學生物工程碩士,西安交通大學化學工程學士。

個人簡介


蓋宏偉,主要從事單分子/單個納米粒子的顯微成像技術研究,已發表SCI論文二十餘篇,其中多數發表在Angewandte Chemie International Edition, Lab on a Chip, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Communications, Trends in Analytical Chemistry, Journal of Microscopy, Electrophoresis等高影響力的科研期刊上。獲國內發明專利五項。主持國家自然科學基金兩項。已培養了碩士研究生6名。為碩士研究生主講《分子與細胞成像技術》,為本科生主講《生化儀器原理與方法》。

研究方向


以顯微成像為主要手段,在細胞和單分子層面上,開展以高靈敏檢測和動態監測為特徵的疾病早期診斷和致病機理研究。其中包括生物晶元與單分子檢測技術的耦合,動態單分子間相互作用的監測,納米顯微技術,納米粒子自組裝的動態監測等。
