於龍川

於龍川,是北京大學生命科學學院教授,博士生導師,神經生物學實驗室負責人。

學習經歷


1983年在山東醫學院獲得醫學碩士學位;1987年在北京醫科大學獲得博士學位;1998年在瑞典Karolinska 研究院獲得醫學科學博士(Medical Science Doctor);1987-1989年在北京大學做博士后研究。1993-1995和1997-1998年在瑞典Karolinska研究院生理學與藥理學系作訪問學者;1999-2000年在美國加州大學舊金山分校UCSF)作訪問學者。

工作經歷


回國后在1996年組建神經生物學實驗室,建立了腦內定點給葯,細胞外多管微電極記錄和給葯,膜片鉗全細胞記錄,免疫組織化學和細胞熒光組織化學,細胞培養,痛覺行為學測量,Morris水迷宮,位置偏愛反應等有關的實驗方法。

研究方向


(1)神經肽及其受體在中樞痛覺信息傳遞和調節中的作用和機制;
(2)阿片類耐受和依賴的神經機制;
(3)學習記憶的神經生物學機制,特別是神經肽及其受體在老年性痴獃(Alzheimer’s Disease)防治中的作用。

科研成果


自1996年以來於龍川教授獲得多項國家自然科學基金和教育部博士點基金的資助,自1996年以來在國內發表論文6篇,在國際學術雜誌(Pain,Neuroscience, Br. J. Pharmacol., J Neuroscience Research等)上發表科研論文五十餘篇,引起國際同行的關注。
