秦娜,工學博士,副教授,博士生導師。2003年西南交通大學畢業留校任教。2014年在美國俄克拉荷馬州立大學,2017年8月在新加坡國立大學,2018年11月在英國利茲大學做訪問學者,2017年7月赴法國參加IFAC會議並做論文報告。
