朱本忠
朱本忠,籍貫湖北,1975年4月出生,中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院副教授,博士。
2002年-至今,於中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院任教,同時負責食品生物技術實驗室的管理與科研工作。
1997年-2002年於中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院獲得博士學位;
主講本科生課程《食品生物技術概論》,參講《食品生物技術概論實驗》、《食品生物技術進展》。
主講研究生課程《PCR實驗技術》。
為水果蔬菜采後生理與分子生物學。
主要研究水果蔬菜品質形成與代謝、水果蔬菜采后脅迫生理、乙烯信號轉導機制等。
先後參與並完成了國家傑出青年基金《乙烯受體及信號傳導》、863課題《新型果蔬保鮮技術研究與產業化》、國家自然科學基金《番茄果實成熟相關轉錄因子的分離與功能分析》《利用VIGS技術研究系統2乙烯的生成機理》等課題。
目前主持或參與的項目有國家自然科學基金重點項目《呼吸躍變型果實系統2乙烯啟動生成的物質基礎》,國家十一五支撐項目《農產品產後品質劣變調控機制研究》,國家自然科學基金面上項目《番茄果實VIGS文庫的構建與品質分析》。
