安徽大學生命科學學院教授

劉琳,安徽大學生命科學學院教授。2010年入選中國科學院“百人計劃”,2011年獲擇優支持。2017年入選安徽省皖江學者特聘教授。2018年入選教育部2017年度“長江學者獎勵計劃”青年長江學者項目。

人物簡介


劉琳1980年生於安徽省合肥市。2001年和2006年在中國科學技術大學獲得學士和博士學位。2006年至2010年在美國國立衛生研究院(NIH)進行博士后訪問研究。現任中科院植物所研究員,擔任“光合作用的生物化學”研究組組長。已發表SCI期刊論文24篇,其中以第一或通訊作者發表論文14篇。劉琳研究員在博士後期間,解析了天然免疫的模式識別受體TLR3與雙鏈RNA的複合物結構,闡明了TLR3識別雙鏈RNA的結構基礎。研究成果發表於 Science (2008),已被引用470餘次,併入選美國高校《細胞與分子生物學》教材(2010,Wiley,6th Edition)和《細胞》教材(2011,Jones & Bartlett)。
主要研究方向:
(1)光合色素代謝的分子基礎;(2)金屬蛋白的結構與功能;(3)蛋白-核酸的相互作用。
