列文森獎

列文森中國研究著作獎等一系列獎項。該獎項為紀念著名的美國漢學家列文森（Joseph Levenson），並由梅林基金會（Merlin Foundation）設立，每年獎勵兩部中國研究領域傑出的英文學術著作。除著作獎之外，美國亞洲協會還設立了“亞洲研究傑出貢獻獎”（Distinguished Contributions to Asian Studies Award），以獎勵優秀的中國研究學者。

美國華盛頓大學歷史系教授、宋史學者伊沛霞（Patricia Ebrey）榮獲今年的“亞洲研究傑出貢獻獎”。

同獲“亞洲研究傑出貢獻獎”的還有匹茲堡大學經濟學和歷史學教授托馬斯·羅斯基（Thomas G. Rawski）。其主要著作有《戰前中國的經濟增長》（Economic Growth in Prewar China）、《中國的工業化：二十世紀中國製造和經濟發展》（China's Transition to Industrialism : Producer Goods and Economic Development in the Twentieth Century）和《中國的經濟增長和就業》（Economic Growth and Employment in China）除此之外，今年獲得20世紀前列文森中國研究著作獎（Joseph Levenson Pre-1900 Book Prize (China)）的是Lara Blanchard的《宋朝的嚮往和渴望：中國繪畫和詩歌的性別與內在性》（Song Dynasty Figures of Longing and Desire: Gender and Interiority in Chinese Painting and Poetry）。而獲得該獎項榮譽提名的有石敖睿（Ori Sela）的《中國的語文學轉向：18世紀的學者、考據學和道家》（China’s Philological Turn: Scholars, Textualism, and the Dao in the 18th Century）和Wen-shing Chou的《五台山：一座佛教聖山》（Mount Wutai: Visions of a Sacred Buddhist Mountain）。

今年獲得20世紀后列文森獎中國研究獎（Joseph Levenson Post-1900 Book Prize (China)）的是魏淑凌(Sasha Welland)的《北京實驗：中國當代藝術中的性別和全球化》（Experimental Beijing: Gender and Globalization in Chinese Contemporary Art）。
