科研成就

獲得國家自然基金優秀青年基金,併入選教育部新世紀人才計劃和江蘇省“333高層次人才培養工程”中青年科技領軍人才、江蘇高校“青藍工程”中青年學術帶頭人培養對象。
先後至台灣大學、美國俄克拉何馬大學風暴分析和預報中心、美國國家大氣研究中心和賓州州立大學進行訪問研究。主要從事多普勒雷達反演、同化和分析應用的研究。先後主持或參加國家和省部級課題30餘項,主持國家優秀青年科學基金、國家973項目課題、國家重點研發計劃課題、公益性行業(氣象)科研專項、自然基金面上項目等,取得多項原創性成果,包括發展了天氣雷達定量遙感理論和方法,揭示了我國典型災害性天氣系統(颱風和強對流)發生髮展機制,提高災害性天氣的短臨預報精度。
