肖晶

首都師範大學心理系副教授

肖晶,臨床心理學博士 MD & PhD,應用心理學碩士生導師。首都師範大學應用心理學研究所執行所長、心理人工智慧與基礎教育大數據實驗室負責人。

現擔任中國心理衛生協會評估專委會中小學學校評估組組長;Journal of psychology and psychiatry國際學術期刊主編。擔任幾十家知名中小學學校心理顧問,並且擔任十餘家世界500強企業心理顧問。

近年來多項青少年兒童心理訓練研究獲國家自然科學基金等項目資助;兒童行為矯正技術獲北京教委社科重點計劃項目。

職業生涯


肖晶博首范系副授,擔余強企業顧,擅系、青健康、緒制研究,承擔參項拿資助項、拿衛研究院資助項()、國家自然科學基金項目以及國家科技支撐計劃課題,在大量國際合作研究中,肖晶博士團隊揭示了青少年情緒問題發生的核心密碼,團隊首次在國內提出了青少年情緒問題發生的“最弱連接”原理,該項成果獲得了國家自然科學基金的資助,在國際權威科學期刊“Nature”的系列期刊“ScientificReport”等10餘家國外頂級期刊予以報道,並在國內幾十家中小學進行巡迴講座,受到廣大家長、學校教師以及學生的一致好評。很多家長紛紛表示通過這個原理,很好的理解了孩子、家長的情緒的發生機制、以及如何處理好家庭中的親子關係,並驚訝的發現,很多之前覺得是死扣的家庭矛盾與孩子問題,竟然都有了顯著的積極改變。
肖晶博余強企業顧,渣打銀行中國建設銀行中國工商銀行、中國國際金融集團、德意志銀行、中國移動、中石油、殼牌、康菲石油GE、IBM、華為、拜耳、諾基亞西門子等組織提供專業心理培訓、諮詢以及顧問服務。
