郭輝

2005年於華中科技大學計算機系統結構專業，博士畢業。2005年起，中國石油大學（北京）計算機系，擔任講師。2006年，香港理工大學電子與信息工程系，擔任助理研究員（Research Associate）。2007年至2008年，霍華德大學（Howard University）計算機系，擔任博士后研究員（Postdoctoral Research Fellow）。2008年至2011年，美國國家標準與技術研究院（National Institute of Standards and Technology），擔任訪問研究員（Guest Researcher）。2012年起，霍華德大學（Howard University）計算機系，擔任訪問助理教授（Adjunct Assistant Professor）。同時，曾經在房利美（Fannie Mae），時代華納網路（Time Warner Cable）等多家公司擔任研究與開發職位。

2003年，華中科技大學博士生“科技十佳”獎勵，並參加首屆全國博士生論壇

2006年，中國石油大學（北京）青年科技拔尖人才獎勵

2006年至2008年，中國石油大學（北京）211學科群項目：多媒體代理及P2P技術研究，主持
