劉江:男,四川農業大學農學院副教授。碩士研究生導師
研究方向:天然產物化學與化學生態學
學術兼職:中國生態學學會、中國化學會、日本薬學會、日本農芸化學會會員
2010年9月國家公派赴日本留學,在日本京都藥科大學從事天然藥物化學研究工作,2013年9月獲藥學博士(Ph.D)學位;2013年10月,以引進人才受聘於四川農業大學,在農業部“西南作物生理生態與耕作重點實驗室”及四川省“作物帶狀複合種植工程技術研究中心”開展植物次生代謝與化學生態學研究,始任副教授及碩士研究生導師。

Metabolic profiling ofGlycine max growing underStrip Intercropping System reveals the effects of biotic and abiotic elicitors on metabolism: advanced techniques (HPLC-MS, GC-MS, NMR-MS…) have enabled the development of the non-targeted methods for “global” metabolite profiling that are essential for metabolomics (or “metabonomics”). Clearly to be useful for metabolomic studies an analytical technique would ideally provide as comprehensive a metabolic profile as possible and would not preferentially select particular classes of metabolites but be equally sensitive to all the compounds in the samples. The use of integrated "omics" studies (metabolomic, transcriptomic and proteomic) for identifying key steps involved in the secondary metabolism ofStrip Intercropping System.
o 植物源功能代謝物的構效闡釋及生物合成研究
Key words: Phytochemistry, Natural products chemistry, Biosynthesis
Bioactivity-guided isolation (HP-20, SiO, ODS, Sephdex LH-20, HPLC…) of antimycotic/antibacterial constituents from natural substances. Nowadays the objective of this study is to isolate the anti-field moldy compounds from black soybean seed coat based on the bioactivity and metabolomics analyses, elucidate their structures by spectroscopic (NMR, MS, UV, IR, CD, XRD…) and chemical analyses, determine their structure-activity relationships, and discuss the biosynthesis on the metabolites and gene levels.
