科學研究


研究方向為微小特殊零件直接成形技術及微電子快速列印技術研究,主要研究內容包括:金屬微滴噴射裝置的設計與研發,均勻金屬微滴可控噴射機理研究,鋁微滴可控噴射成形的關鍵技術,微小零件及非均質件的直接成形;均勻微焊球按需噴射系統開發,微電子封裝件的快速製備。
