固體緩釋製劑研究與開發、以及體內外相關性研究；經皮給葯製劑研究與開發；注射劑開發；數學模型在製劑研究及工業化生產中應用及優化方法；

2． 生物藥劑學與藥物動力學方向

肝臟的藥物處置動力學、肝首過效應及藥物代謝調節；載體中藥物體內處置的生物藥劑學特點；人工神經網路在藥物肝清除率預測方法上的應用；緩釋製劑在體釋葯與體內血葯濃度的數值模擬和預測。
