陳琳琳，1986年9月生，山東淄博人，中共黨員。2009年畢業於山東農業大學植物檢疫專業，獲理學學士學位；2009年至2014年於南京農業大學植物病理學專業碩博連讀，獲農學博士學位。2014年9月至今在河南農業大學植物檢疫系任教。
