王荔軍,男,漢族,畢業於華中農業大學資源與環境學院。
2006年10月到2008年9月美國紐約州立大學布法羅分校化學系研究助理教授。
2002年2月到2003年1月中國農業大學植物營養系博士后,從事植物體內的生物礦化的研究;
2003年2月到2006年9月美國紐約州立大學布法羅分校(The State University of New York at Buffalo)化學系博士后, 從事生物礦化(結晶)動力學研究;
2006年10月到2008年9月美國紐約州立大學布法羅分校化學系研究助理教授 (Research Assistant Professor);
2008年9月到2009年3月美國勞倫斯伯克利國家實驗室(Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory)訪問合作研究. 研究內容是藉助原位原子力顯微鏡研究磷酸鈣礦物表面生長的微觀動力學;
2009年4月至今華中農業大學資源與環境學院教授。
(2) 藉助溶液化學,原位原子力顯微鏡,和其他表面物理化學的技術手段, 定量研究溶液中的無機離子(離子強度)和有機分子(有機酸,酶,多肽和蛋白質) 與礦物(包括土壤或肥料)晶體表面的相互作用,以及這些有機分子是如何控制和修飾無機晶體(如磷酸鈣)的成核和生長或溶解,將為理解生物分子調控的礦化過程以及土壤養分有效性這一宏觀概念提供相應的分子動力學機制.
