研究方向


1.與神經退行性疾病如老年痴呆症、帕金森症,亨廷頓氏病相關的蛋白質的錯誤摺疊,異常積聚,和澱粉樣化的分子機理研究。
2.基於重要生物靶點分子結構的小分子藥物先導物的設計,篩選和優化。主要針對老年痴呆症和帕金森症相關的致病蛋白多聚體及澱粉樣纖維的分子結構,進行小分子及多肽化合物的合理設計,篩選,及基於此先導物的機理和功能研究。
3.基於澱粉樣多肽的具有新功能的新材料設計,開發和應用。
