丹妮絲·李·理查茲（Denise Lee Richards），1971年2月17日出生於美國伊利諾伊州達佩奇，女演員、前時尚模特，畢業於美國厄爾卡米諾高中。
1989年從高中畢業后，與一家模特公司簽約，進行了短暫的模特工作。1997年因在《星河戰隊》中的出色表演而在演藝事業上取得重大突破。1998年出演驚悚懸疑片《野東西》，其精彩的表現再次令人眼前一亮。2002年出演電影《黑金帝國》；2003年出演恐怖電影《驚聲尖叫》。
2002年6月與著名男星查理·西恩結婚。2005年3月離婚。
