荊肇乾

荊肇乾，男，1975年出生，山東莒縣人，黨員，博士，教授，博士研究生導師，國際（IWA）水協會員，江蘇省土建學會給水排水專業委員會委員，江蘇省發改委節能環保專家成員，兼任10多個國際SCI期刊和多個國內核心期刊審稿人。
