蘇慶德

1947年1月出生於江蘇省常熟市，理學博士。現任中國科學技術大學煙草與健康研究中心主任；中國煙草學會常務理事；國家煙草專賣局科技委委員；中國稀土學會分析檢驗專業委員會委員。近年來完成國家自然科學基金4項，博士點科研基金1項及有關科研項目10餘項；發明系列化新型稀土助劑用於國民經濟各部門；著有《儀器分析原理》、《光聲光譜法及其應用》等。在國內外主要期刊發表學術論文210餘篇，其中SCI和EI收錄100餘篇。
