另外,他還兼任中國藥學會海洋藥物專業委員會副主任委員,“中國海洋藥物”(國際英文刊物)、“天然產物研究與開發”及“中國天然藥物雜誌”編委。主要從事的研究領域為:海洋生物(如紅樹林、海藻、海綿、珊瑚等)及藥用植物的化學和生物活性研究。
