錢永甫
大氣動力學家
錢永甫,男,漢族,著名大氣動力學家。現任南京大學大氣科學系教授、博士生導師。先後在中國科學院蘭州高原大氣物理研究所、南京大學以及美國芝加哥大學和海軍研究生院長期從事數值天氣預報、大氣環流和氣候數值模擬的研究和教學。在國內外學術刊物上發表科學論文230餘篇,合作出版專著4本。
錢永甫,1964年畢業於中國科學技術大學應用地球物理系,1968年畢業於中國科學院大氣物理研究所中期預報研究生專業。現任中國氣象學會第25屆常務理事、中國氣象學會熱帶氣象學委員會副主任、江蘇省氣象學會氣候與長期預報委員會主任。先後在中國科學院蘭州高原大氣物理研究所、南京大學以及美國芝加哥大學和海軍研究生院長期從事數值天氣預報、大氣環流和氣候數值模擬的研究和教學。
1978年以來,在國內外學術刊物上發表科學論文230餘篇(包括合作論文),合作出版專著4本。已招收碩士生49名(獲學位28名)、博士生24名(獲學位16名)。在青藏高原等大地形的處理方法和氣候效應、大氣環流模式和區域氣候模式設計、模式物理過程參數化和數值模擬等方面有多年經驗。近年來,在南海季風和東亞季風、南亞高壓、海氣相互作用和青藏高原熱力效應等方面進行了深入的診斷和數值研究。
曾獲1978年全國科學大會獎,1984年中科院重大科技成果二等獎,1988年國家教委科技進步二等獎,1992年江蘇省科技進步二等獎。1992年獲政府特殊津貼。1982年獲甘肅省外事工作先進個人稱號,1995年獲江蘇省優秀研究生教師和江蘇省教育系統科技先進個人稱號。2003年獲教育部科技進步一等獎(第二完成人)。
已培養碩士30餘名、博士12名。指導的博士論文"南亞高壓的演變規律、機制及對區域氣候的影響"和"南海季風區海氣相互作用研究、區域海氣耦合模式的研製及夏季風的模擬"相繼獲得2000和2001年南京大學"優秀博士論文獎"。
