在國內外學術期刊和學術會議上發表英文科技論文170多篇,著作6部/章,共輔導過和正在輔導研究生、訪問學者和國際交流學生50多人九度被美國Who 's Who(世界名人錄)收錄、被亞太臨床營養學會授予2007年度獎;被國務院中國學生營養與健康促進會授予學生營養與健康工作貢獻獎(2004)、被英國劍橋國際傳記中心選為2005年度世界頂尖科學家(LEADING SCIENTISTS of the WORLD 2005)、被科技部研究中心中國科技論壇2004年出版的《世紀戰略與展望-人才資源》收錄、連續三年獲澳大利亞國家研究生獎(1995、1996、1997)。 《Mahasarakham Journal of Science and Technology》、《Songklanakarin Journal of Science and echnology》、《健康博覽》、《中國食品安全導報》等雜誌編委、另任國際多種英文SCI雜誌審稿人。《中國食品與營養》理事會理事、《健康博 覽》編委、泰國Mahasarakham大學兼職教授、江南大學兼職教授、澳大利亞迪肯大學(Deakin University)客座教授、澳大利亞皇家墨爾本理工大學(RMITUniversity)兼職博導。組織過多次 國際會議如“國際營養科學聯盟第八屆臨床營養學大會”暨“第五屆亞太臨床營養學會大會”(杭州2006)、FAO/WHO食品和營養專家會議(杭州2006)、FAO/WHO食品和營養專家會議(Metung,澳大利亞2001)。
共發表論文380餘篇(SCI收錄文章160餘篇),著作9部/章,發明專利18項。
