劉興泉
浙江農林大學教授
劉興泉,博士,碩士生導師。2006年畢業於韓國忠南大學獲博士學位,2006~2007年韓國忠南大學農化學科從事博士后工作。先後擔任浙江農林大學食品質量與安全系系主任、專業負責人、新疆生產建設兵團第一師農業局副局長、社會合作處副處長。
主要從事從事食品質量與安全評價、黃酒生產與安全的研究與教學工作。
1、臨安市農村飲用水質量提升支撐技術研究(臨安市疾控預防控制中心,2012-2017)
2、中式預製食品中致病菌的監測及檢測技術開發(“十二五”國家科技支撐計劃課題子項目,2014-2016)
4、基於EPS合成酶基因篩選的發酵型蟲草保健黃酒開發研究(紹興市重大農業項目,2014-2017)
主要承擔本科生、研究生教學任務,主講綠色食品概論、食品科學導論、食品標準與法規、農業傳播技術與應用、食品質量安全檢測新技術等。先後招碩士生24名,至今已畢業15名。
