塞爾瑪·布萊爾（Selma Blair），1972年6月23日出生於美國密歇根州，美國女演員。
代表作有《致命性遊戲》《金髮美女》《地獄男爵》《地獄男爵2：黃金軍團》等。
塞爾瑪·布萊爾剛到紐約時她是想往攝影方向發展。但後來改變了主意，來到斯特拉·阿德勒演藝學
校學習。當她還是個小姑娘時，曾經在希伯來學校學習，她的希伯來名字是Batsheva。孩子；Arthur Saint Blair Bleick 搭檔；Jason Bleick
她曾經是《捉鬼者巴菲》中主角巴菲的人選。1998年與電視劇"Getting Personal"簽約，但在第一季播出后就被解僱了。
2004年，在拍攝電影《不知羞恥》里，她戴了一對假胸。另外，她養了一隻獨眼狗。
2012年，跟查理·辛一起主演憤怒管理（Anger Management）
2004年1月24日，她與演員Ahmet Zappa結婚。婚禮上她穿了一身粉紅色的婚紗。
