蔡小強
香港中文大學協理副校長
蔡小強教授，1988年獲清華大學系統工程博士學位，后留校參加國家863高科技發展計劃。1989-1991年在英國劍橋大學及貝爾法斯特女皇大學從事博士后研究。1991-1993年受聘任教西澳大利亞大學。1993年應聘加入香港中文大學系統工程及工程管理學系，2000年起任教授。現兼任香港中文大學-清華大學高級管理人員物流和供應鏈管理碩士課程主任，物流技術與供應鏈優化研究中心總監。他曾於1996-2003年擔任香港中文大學系統工程與工程管理學系的系主任，2009-2012年任研究生學部主任，2010-2014年任香港中文大學和聲書院首任通識教育主任。2018年當選國際系統與控制科學院院士。
國家傑出青年科學基金（海外類）獲得者，國家“”入選專家。現任香港中文大學（深圳）協理副校長。
蔡教授的研究主要集中在工業與系統工程、最優化、供應鏈與物流管理等領域。他已於國際學術刊物、專著、及會議發表論文200多篇，其中包括主流學術刊物（如Management Science、Operations Research、Naval Research Logistics、Production and Operations Management、IIE Transactions、IEEE Transactions等）論文100多篇。

曾擔任第五屆國際最優化技術及應用會議大會主席，第一屆最優化及高新技術應用國際研討會主席，第十屆服務系統及服務管理國際會議主席；並於多個學術會議擔任國際顧問委員會委員、程序委員會委員和組織委員會委員。他是國家傑出青年科學基金（海外類）獲得者，及國家入選專家。
