19徠97年9月-2001年7月，就讀於北京航空航天大學經濟管理學院管理信息系統專業；

2001年9月-2007年7月，就讀於北京航空航天大學經濟管理學院系統工程專業，直讀博士；

2007年7月，獲得工學博士；

2007年8月-至今，就職於北京師範大學經濟與工商管理學院；

2010年4月-2011年3月，在日本一橋大學大學院經濟學研究科進行訪問研究。

主要從事人力資源管理、電子商務、知識管理和技術創新方面的研究。

2003年以來，申請、組織、參與多項研究課題和調研項目，在System Research and Behavioral Science、Expert Systems with Applications、《計算機工程》等SSCI、SCI、EI檢索的國內外期刊和會議上發表多篇論文。具體情況如下：

2003年，參加國防科工委航空二集團ERP實施調研項目；

2004年，參加高等學校博士學科點專項科研基金項目《面向協同商務的企業知識管理建模與實現的研究》；

2004年，參加國家航空科學基金資助項目《航空武器裝備研製過程中的知識管理研究》；

2004年-2006年，參加國防科工委航空二集團哈爾濱航空工業有限公司《知識工程》項目；

2007年-2009年，主持北師大青年教師人文社科研究基金項目《協同商務環境下企業知識管理建模研究》；

2008年，對方太公司進行企業社會責任方面的調研；

2010年-2011年，在日本一橋大學進行訪問研究，對日本社會文化和企業創新等方面進行實地了解考察；

2011年，深入珠三角企業進行企業管理，尤其是人力資源管理方面的調研；
