王欣,畢業於山東大學,2006年起成為中科院上海生科院生化與細胞所研究員、中科院幹細胞重點實驗室主任。

個人簡介


1981.9-1985.6:山東大學生物系獲學士學位;1987.9-1990.6:北京醫科大學醫學遺傳學碩士學位;1992.9-1998.6:美國State University of New York at Buffalo獲分子藥理學Ph.D.;1998-2006:先後在美國Oregon Health & Science University和University of Minnesota stem Cell Institute and Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology做博士后及擔任助理教授(tenure track)。

肝臟幹細胞

研究工作


細胞治療是指通過移植相應組織的細胞以修複發生了疾病、衰老或損傷的組織器官,從而更新其生理功能的一種新的治療方法。幹細胞尤其是胚胎幹細胞具有可以在體外大量增殖的特性,同時在一定的誘導條件下又可以分化為多種類型的細胞,因此非常有希望成為細胞治療中的細胞來源。
本人基於以上的出發點,對幹細胞向功能性肝臟細胞的分化進行了探索研究。
(1)對血液幹細胞逆分化為肝臟實質細胞的功能鑒定。
(2)發現胰腺幹細胞具有多能性,能夠分化為肝實質細胞。
(3)肝臟原位卵圓形幹細胞的分離純化和移植鑒定。
(4)血液幹細胞與肝實質細胞在體內融合,能夠使肝實質細胞重編程。
今後,我們將對胚胎幹細胞向肝臟細胞的誘導分化做進一步的研究。
