李雙成:四川農業大學水稻研究所研究員,博士生導師。主要從事水稻重要基因的分離克隆、水稻生殖發育生物學、水稻基因組學基因工程等方面的研究。

期間主持國家自然科學基金、973重大研究計劃子課題和四川省教育廳項目各1項,副主持863計劃重大專項子項目1項,主研863、973、轉基因專項等國家級科研項目5項;在Nature communications, Plos one, Molecular breeding等國際學術雜誌發表學術論文30餘篇。

研究概況


主要從事水稻生殖生物學、基因克隆以及基因工程方面的研究。當前發現了數個水稻生殖發育相關突變體並實現基因精細定位,部分基因正開展基因功能試驗,進展良好。同時,在水稻基因工程和轉基因應用檢測等方面具有豐富的經驗,當前正致力於農桿菌介導的水稻快速轉化和多基因裝載技術的研究,取得了較為滿意的結果。工作期間發表學術論文二十餘篇,其中SCI(第一作者)收錄3篇,中文核心以上16篇。當前主持國家自然科學基金1項(30800084),主研國家轉基因重大專項(2008ZX08001-001)、863(2006AA10A103)和973(2006CB101700)子項目各1項。
