劉波,男,漢族,四川大學化學學院教授。

人物經歷


1994-1998 在西南師範大學化學化工學院學習,環境學專業;獲理學學士學位。
1998-2001 在中科院成都有機化學研究所學習,有機合成專業,主要從事不對稱催化反應研究;獲理學碩士學位。
2001-2004 在中科院上海有機化學研究所學習,有機合成專業,主要從事天然產物全合成研究;獲理學博士學位。
2004-2007 在美國德克薩斯大學西南醫學中心作博士后研究,主要從事過渡金屬催化的反應研究及天然產物全合成。
2007 年 3 月至今四川大學化學學院教授。

1.具有重要藥用價值的多環天然產物的高效合成,國家自然科學基金重大項目(2013-2017)。
2.瑞香烷型二萜Trigoxyphin A的全合成研究,國家自然科學基金面上項目(2012-2015),項目負責人。

工作業績

完成了orostanal、palmerolide A、heliespirones A & C、cuevaene A、金粟蘭內酯A&D、銀線草內酯E、leucosceptroid B、bolivianine和crotobarin等天然產物在國際上的首次合成;完成了海洋天然產物Phorboxazoles的片段合成及Peloruside A的大環骨架的合成;同時,發展了貴金屬催化炔烴的碳-雜原子鍵形成反應,以及鹼性條件下縮酮的脫保護方法。
目前運用機理和構象分析為工具,結合前沿的串聯反應、原子經濟性、氧化-還原經濟性、步驟經濟性、無保護基合成、集合合成和可放大合成等高效策略,重點圍繞以萜類為主的多環複雜天然產物開展工作。
截止2015年10月,在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Org. Lett.,Chem. Commun., Eur. J. Chem.等專業期刊上發表近四十篇論文,均為SCI收錄。一些研究成果被評選為Org. Lett.和J. Am. Chem. Soc.的most read articles, 被收錄進入化學專業網站 Organic Chemistry Highlights,被化學博客brsmbog.com和chemblogs.net以及專業評述性雜誌Synfacts收錄和正面評價。
