中世紀與文藝復興時期英國文學、目錄學與版本研究、中外文化交流。

近年來發表在國內一級或核心刊物上的論文有 《最早的漢譯英詩應是彌爾頓的 <論失明>》（第一作者）、 《告訴世界一個“真實的”中國 ——對二十世紀初 W. E. 蓋洛系統考察中國人文地理的評述 》（第一作者）、 《試論早期英國文學中的“剽竊”問題》、《 <農夫皮爾斯>B文本漢譯本序言》、《論中古英語浪漫傳奇的特徵》等。

SHEN Hong (1954- ), male, PhD, professor of English.

Research interests : Medieval and Renaissance English literature, bibliography and textual studies, Sino-West cultural exchanges.

Research project : Milton studies, sponsored by the Ministry of Education.
