柴真

石河子大學黨委副書記

柴真,女,漢族,1962年8月生,籍貫山西河津,中共黨員,1983年8月參加工作,理學博士,教授,博士生導師。

現任石河子大學黨委委員、常委、副書記。

人物履歷


1979年-1983年,北京大學生物學系本科生,獲理學學士后留北京大學生物學系工作至今(其間:1993年-1997年赴瑞典斯德哥爾摩大學神經化學與神經毒理系在職攻讀博士研究生);
2007年任生命科學學院(原生物學系)教授,從事腦缺血損傷過程中神經元鈣穩態調控、神經元與膠質細胞相互作用機制等研究。歷任生命科學學院黨委副書記(2003年-2008年),發展規劃部副部長(兼)(2005年-2008年),生命科學學院黨委書記(2008年7月-2016年3月),黨委組織部副部長(2015年12月-2017年1月),黨委組織部部長(2017年1月至今)。
2017年12月,任北京大學黨委常委、黨委組織部部長。
2019年12月,任石河子大學黨委委員、常委、副書記。

科研領域


缺血性腦卒中是危害人類生命健康的重大疾病。在全腦缺血或局部缺血的核心區,胞外谷氨酸濃度可達到100-300mM。谷氨酸的積累造成谷氨酸受體的過度激活,胞內鈣離子超載,並引發神經元的凋亡及壞死。本實驗室的興趣在於利用電生理學和激光共聚焦成像技術、結合分子生物學等實驗方法,研究腦缺血損傷過程中神經元鈣穩態的調控機制、神經元與膠質細胞相互作用機制。另一方面,因冬眠動物達烏爾黃鼠具有耐受低溫和低氧環境的特性,以及近期我們證實黃鼠能夠一定程度抵抗心臟停跳導致的腦缺血損傷,本實驗室希望從神經元及膠質細胞入手深入研究其缺血耐受的神經機制。
