西北農林科技大學副校長

王躍進,男,漢族,1958年4月生,陝西三原縣人,中共黨員,博士,現任西北農林科技大學副校長、園藝學院教授,果樹學博士生導師、園藝學院教授,目前主要從事中國葡萄屬野生種抗病基因分子標記、基因克隆與育種利用的研究。教育部"跨世紀優秀人才計劃"入選者。

工作經歷

1982年7月,本科畢業被分配到中國農業科學院特產研究所從事野生山葡萄研究。
1986年9月,碩士研究生畢業同年同期留校任教至今。
曾任西北農業大學園藝系主任,兼任校研究生部副主任、主任。現任西北農林科技大學副校長、園藝學院教授,果樹學博士生導師,兼任農業部西北園藝植物種質資源與遺傳改良重點開放實驗室主任、中國園藝學會理事、陝西省園藝學會副理事長、全國農業推廣碩士專業學位教育指導委員會委員、全國中職教師在職攻讀碩士學位教育指導委員會委員、陝西省學位委員會學科評議組成員、陝西省發明協會會員、《園藝學報》、《果樹學報》、《中外葡萄與葡萄酒》編委會委員。

主要研究方向為果樹種質資源與遺傳育種,30多年來一直從事葡萄種質資源與育種研究。主要在中國野生葡萄抗白粉病基因功能研究與應用,無核葡萄胚挽救與無核葡萄新品系培育,葡萄雜交育種與應用研究。

王躍進教授先後承擔並完成了國家自然科學基金、農業部948項目、高校博士點基金、教育部資助年輕優秀教師基金、省科委攻關項目等7項;主持國家863項目1項、國家"十·五"科技攻關項目1項、國家自然科學基金1項、國家轉基因植物研究與產業化開發專項1項、農業部948項目1項、教育部"跨世紀優秀人才培養計劃"項目1項、農業部豐收計劃1項、省科技攻關項目1項。獲得省部級獎2項,廳局級獎3項,其中"中國野葡萄抗病性研究"1989年12月獲陝西省科技進步三等獎;獲國家發明專利2項(專利號:ZL97100615.6,國際專利主分類號:C12N15/29;專利號:ZL02139330.3,國際專利主分類號:C05G3/00),申請國家發明專利3項;在國內外重要學術刊物上共發表研究論文67篇,3篇被SCI收錄。1998年9月被陝西省教育廳和陝西省人事廳授予"陝西省優秀留學回國人員獎";2001年1月被陝西省"三五人才工程"領導小組批准為第四批陝西省"三五人才",並頒發證書;2002年6月獲得國務院頒發的"為發展我國農林教育事業做出突出貢獻"的政府特殊津貼證書;2002年12月16日入選為教育部2003年度"跨世紀優秀人才培養計劃";2003年1月13日被陝西省教育系統評審推薦為國家"百千萬人才工程"人選。
真菌病害研究
20年來,王躍進教授先後系統地進行了中國野生葡萄資源抗主要真菌病害研究,篩選出了一批抗病的野生葡萄種和株系,獲得了一批中國野生葡萄×歐洲葡萄的F1優系。
野生葡萄研究
研究獲得了中國野生葡萄抗白粉病、黑痘病、白腐病、炭疽病和霜霉病基因的RAPD標記8個,應用於葡萄抗病育種的輔助選擇,他將這一研究結果於2002年8月在加拿大多倫多第26屆國際園藝學生物技術分會會議上進行了宣讀併入選論文集。1998年以來研究獲得了無核葡萄胚挽救的適宜親本、最佳取樣時期、珠被處理方式,創新了抗病無核葡萄胚挽救胚發育的培養液,獲得胚挽救苗983株,其中無核葡萄×中國野生葡萄胚挽救苗468株,從中選育出大粒無核抗病優系00-3-1,該領域的研究目前居國際先進水平;其中歐洲葡萄無核品種間雜種胚挽救幼苗515株,已從中選育出大粒無核優系00-2-7。研究結果已獲得1項國家發明專利,申請國家發明專利1項。對全國最大的酥梨產區陝西渭北生產上出現的梨黃化問題進行了多年研究,獲得了治療黃化的營養液配方及治療方法,並在此研究基礎上,將樹榦注射技術發展成正常生長果樹的一種有效施肥方式,生產應用效果顯著。2001年8月以"一種樹榦注射用復混液體肥料及其製法"申報了國家發明專利,申請號:01130752.8,公開號:1332135。
抗病基因研究
自1999年以來,王躍進教授還進行了中國野生葡萄抗病基因的克隆及轉移研究,採用mRNA差異顯示技術獲得了中國葡萄屬野生種華東葡萄株系白河-35-1在白粉菌侵染誘導下抗白粉病相關基因的片段22個;在此基礎上,運用cDNA末端快速擴增技術克隆了中國野生葡萄抗白粉病防衛基因醛脫氫酶基因3個、芪合成酶基因家族成員4個、抗壞血酸過氧化物酶基因(APX)1個;獲得了中國野生葡萄抗白粉病相關基因cDNA全長序列1個;採用抗病基因同源序列方法,獲得了中國野生葡萄毛葡萄、山葡萄、秋葡萄、刺葡萄、燕山葡萄、複葉葡萄、菱葉葡萄等11個種及河岸葡萄抗病基因同源類似物(RGAs)DNA片段45個,為進一步篩選DNA文庫、cDNA文庫或採用cDNA末端快速擴增技術獲得抗病候選基因奠定基礎;同時構建了中國葡萄屬野生種抗白粉病的cDNA文庫,已獲得ESTs序列35個。
學術成果
先後系統地進行了中國野生葡萄資源抗白粉病的研究,篩選出了一批抗病的野生葡萄種和株系,獲得了一批中國野生葡萄×歐洲葡萄的F1優系。1998年以來系統開展了無核葡萄胚挽救育種研究,將無核葡萄×無核葡萄、無核葡萄×中國野生葡萄等雜交后不能形成種子的幼胚離體條件下培養,從中選育出大粒無核抗病優系00-3-1;其中歐洲葡萄無核品種間雜種胚挽救,已從中選育出大粒無核優系00-2-7。
主持及完成了國家自然科學基金9項、國家“863”項目、國家轉基因植物研究與產業化開發專項、教育部"跨世紀優秀人才培養計劃"、農業部“948”項目、農業部豐收計劃、高校博士點基金、陝西省重大科技攻關項目、“十一五”國家科技支撐計劃2項、“十五”科技攻關、國家葡萄產業技術體系崗位科學家項目、公益性行業(農業)農業科研專項。獲得國家授權發明專利10項。在國際GenBank資料庫提交與葡萄抗逆、無核有關的基因序列、EST序列等6000多條。
發表論文50多篇,其中SCI論文30篇。
2004年度獲陝西省科學技術獎二等獎一項“胚挽救技術體系的建立及抗病無核葡萄新品系選育”;
2007年度獲陝西省科學技術一等獎一項“中國葡萄屬植物野生種抗白粉病基因克隆研究”。

教學成就

主講課程
王躍進教授為本科生及碩、博士研究生主講《果樹育種學》、《果樹學進展討論》、《果樹種質資源學》和《現代生物技術》等課程。1992年獲西北農業大學教學質量評估優秀獎。自1995年起招收、指導碩士研究生48名,協助指導博士生2名;1999年起招收指導博士生16名,博士后3名。
