張小洪,男,工學博士,四川農業大學資源環境學院教授。成都市環境保護局環境政策法規專家,國際能值分析協會會員,四川省環境科學學會會員;國際雜誌《Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews》(SCI/EI, IF=6.018)、《Science of the Total Environment》(SCI/EI, IF=3.286)、《Ecological Modelling》(SCI/EI, IF=2.326)、《Environmental Science and Pollution Research》(SCI/EI, 2012IF=2.618)、《Journal of Renewable and Sustainable Energy》(SCI/EI, IF=1.214),中文雜誌《四川農業大學學報》(中文核心期刊)審稿專家。

2002年3-6月在四川大學參加環境工程專業本科教學課程培訓。
目前的研究方向為環境生態工程,研究內容包括:環境生態工程的構建與技術研究、系統可持續性分析研究,旨在從全球的尺度、自然科學與社會科學交叉的視角,從生命周期的、生態的觀點,應用能量分析方法及相關的方法為手段來研究資源環境問題,促進資源環境保護與經濟的協調發展,研究結果可為改進系統績效、區域環境規劃提供決策服務。

1、班主任及本科導師
擔任環工2009-1班班主任期間,該班2011-2012學年度被學校評為校級學風建設優秀班集體,2010-2011學年度、2011-2012學年度連續兩年被評為院級學風建設優秀班集體環工09-1班吳清蓮同學被保送到哈爾濱工業大學讀研究生;全班共32人,當年考研上線11人,被正式錄取9人。另外,指導的本科生中,環境科學2008級本科生饒芝涵同學考取北京大學研究生。
