劉傑:女,博士,暨南大學生命科學技術學院教授 博導
學習經歷:
1995-1998,東北師範大學化學院;博士生,師從著名多酸研究專家王恩波教授;
1998-2000,中山大學化學與化學工程學院,博士后,師從計亮年院士;
2000.9-2007.11,中山大學化學與化學工程學院,副教授,碩士生導師,博士生導師;
2007.12- 暨南大學生命科學技術學院 化學系,教授,博士生導師。
研究生招生培養專業:無機化學(生物無機化學方向);應用化學(化學生物學方向);生物化學與分子生物學。主持和參加多項國家自然科學基金等項目,培養了碩士生10名,博士生5名。
研究方向:
主要從事生物無機化學、藥物化學、分子生物學、細胞生物學等交叉學科的研究;
1. 小分子配合物的生物活性及其調控細胞信號轉導途徑的功能。
2. 納米微球藥物的製備、緩釋控制及其靶向功能的研究與應用。
3. 具有抗腫瘤、抗病毒(HIV、HSV流感病毒等)、抗菌活性的化學新葯研製與開發。

(3) 廣東省科技攻關項目:具有抑制(人)禽流感病毒活性的藥物設計合成及藥效學研究;
(4) 北京大學天然藥物及仿生藥物國家重點實驗室開放基金;釕配合物抗腫瘤活性及誘導腫瘤細胞凋亡的研究;
(5) 廣州市科技攻關項目:具有抗腫瘤活性的新型手性納米藥物的研究;
(6) 廣東省科技攻關項目:手性納米藥物的合成及其抗腫瘤活性;
(7) 廣東省自然科學基金項目:抑制流感病毒誘導宿主細胞凋亡的納米手性藥物的合成;
(8) 廣東省博士后基金卟啉配合物的合成、抗病毒活性及作用機制的研究。
