朱樹華

山東農業大學教授

朱樹華,男,1978年生,博士,教授,碩士生導師,學校1512工程第二層次,澳大利亞科廷大學訪問學者,2017年入選校傑出青年人才培養計劃。2006年7月畢業於山東農業大學果樹學專業並獲博士學位。近年來主持國家自然科學基金、山東省中青年科學家科研獎勵基金、山東省研究生教育創新計劃項目、博士后基金、山東農業大學博士基金、傑出青年人才計劃等科研課題。獲山東省高等學校優秀科研成果三等獎1項,在《中國農業科學》、《Food Chemistry》、《Postharvest Biology & Technology》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》等國內外重要專業刊物上發表研究論文40餘篇,其中SCI摘錄20餘篇,申請國家發明專利3項

研究領域:主要從事化學生物學、果實生物學等領域的研究工作。
(1)一氧化氮調控果實完熟衰老的化學生物學
(2)果實成熟衰老中的線粒體功能,
(3)果實貯藏冷害與病害調控,、
(4)生物納米材料與果蔬類食品安全。
