張愛華

1985年9月－1990年7月就讀於西安醫科大學醫學系，獲學士學位。

1990年9月－1993年7月就讀於北京大學醫學部腎內科，獲醫學碩士學位。

1997年8月－2002年8月擔任北京醫科大學第三醫院腎內科主治醫師。

2002年8月-2009年8月擔任北京醫科大學第三醫院腎內科副主任醫師，副教授。

2004年9月－2006年12月就讀於北京大學醫學部腎內科，獲醫學博士學位。

2007年8月－2008年2月在加拿大多倫多大學醫院腎內科訪問學者。

多年從事腎臟病及血液透析患者的診療，在原發性腎小球疾病，自身免疫病腎臟損害，妊娠和腎臟疾病診療中有豐富的臨床經驗。以慢性腎臟病及透析患者高血壓的臨床及基礎研究為核心，發現慢性腎臟病3期以後容量超負荷發生率顯著增加，與高血壓的發生密切相關；而臨床上也常見容量超負荷而血壓保持正常的透析患者，首先發現這些患者體內尾加壓素II和花生四烯酸乙醇胺顯著增加，可能是血壓調節新機制。而且發現與此臨床表型很接近的Dah1鹽抵抗大鼠，高鹽負荷后血壓無顯著變化，和鹽敏感的Dah1大鼠相比，血漿尾加壓素II維持在高水平，尿尾加壓II的水平也顯著上升，腎小管上皮尾加壓素II的表達顯著增強。尾加亞素II除了調節血壓，在糖尿病腎病腎小管上皮內質網應激及自噬中也發揮重要作用。

負責北京大學第三醫院中青年骨幹基金、北京市科委慢性腎臟病診治關鍵技術亞課題、國家自然科學基金等科研項目。
