羅志勇，男，博士，重慶大學化學化工學院副教授，碩士生導師（化學方向、化學工程與技術方向；學碩、專碩）。主持了重慶市自然科學基金2項，主持了中央高校基金1項，主研了國家自然科學基金等各類項目10餘項。以第一作者在國內外期刊發表學術論文30篇。
