趙應徵,1972年生,漢族,籍貫北京,軍事醫學科學院藥劑學博士,畢業后就職於溫州醫學院藥學院,現為溫州醫學院藥學院教授,溫州醫學院藥學院藥劑教研室主任,所在單位中青年學科帶頭人

研究方向


生物藥物靶向遞送系統。研究內容涉及靶向製劑腫瘤糖尿病等領域,在國際刊物上最早發表“連鎖空化效應”(Chain Cavitation Effect)假說和“利用超聲空化效應降低腫瘤耐藥性”等理論,並在以後的實驗研究中證實;國內較早將聲學響應脂質體和脂質微泡的相應原理、製備方法和應用等整理成理論編入《生物技術藥物製劑-基礎與應用》(主要編委,化學工業出版社ISBN號碼:7-5025-5996-5,出版日期:2004-10-01)和《藥物新劑型與製劑新技術》(主要編委,化學工業出版社,ISBN號碼:978-7-5025-9423-7,出版日期:2007-1-1)等藥學著作中,主編製劑學方面專著1部和教材2部,副主編或參編製劑方面著作4部通過多年的理論和實踐研究,在利用新型脂質微泡或脂質體遞送藥物靶向治療送腫瘤、糖尿病和心腦血管重特大疾病等方面積累豐富的經驗和較深入的理論認識,尤其是在開發新型柔性脂質體或超聲敏感脂質微泡靶向遞送系統研究方面取得較多的成果,已發表中外研究論文60餘篇,其中第一作者(含並列第一作者)的SCI論文20餘篇,包括靶向製劑、腫瘤、糖尿病等領域的國際權威學術刊物J Nanopart Res(IF=3.25)、J Drug Target (IF=2.491)、Cancer Lett (IF=4.864)、Acta Diabetol(IF=3.175)、Ultrasound Med Biol(IF=2.493)、Diabetes Technol Ther (IF=2.146)等,其中單篇最高被引用超過30次,此外以第一作者在國內藥學核心期刊藥學學報》發表5篇(含一篇綜述)論文,中文論文單篇最高被引用超過50次。
