主要貢獻


茶與健康、茶與硒生物效應相互影響<3,4>(23,26,28),硒研究涉及硒毒性、藥效、營養和酶靶。
硒毒性:發明納米硒並闡述其高安全性(1,2,4-6,9,13,20,24,26),基於納米硒低毒特徵,FDA毒理學研究中心前任主任邀請參編兩部毒理學專著<1,2>,納米硒為衛生部批准的保健食品,屬國家級新產品。
硒藥效:發明硒代硫酸鈉與一線化療葯順鉑聯用治療腫瘤,在肝癌模型上,順鉑至多取得25%治癒率,聯用至少產生75%治癒率(8,15,19,25),Cancer Weekly三次報道該項研究進展。
硒營養:發現硒與西蘭花中萊菔硫烷協同誘導硫氧還蛋白還原酶,硒與西蘭花可能是防癌伴侶(3),BBC News, The Times, The Guardian, Genomics and Genetics Weekly, Cancer Weekly等報道此發現。
硒酶靶:基於動物實驗,說明硫氧還蛋白還原酶是抗癌藥的葯靶和毒靶(7,11,12,17,18,21,27),美國Threshold Pharmaceuticals公司邀請評價抗癌新葯TH-302藥理,發現它抑制該酶活力(22)。
