周德敏

1996～1998年日本筑波大學任准研究員。

1999～2002年美國加州大學伯克利分校和Scripps研究所博士后，導師是Schultz PG教授。

2002～2003年在美國Chugai-Roche Inc任高級研究員。

2003年5月任美國Immusol生物製藥公司RNA干擾課題組、創新藥物研究組責任人。

2008年9月回國任北京大學藥學院教授。

2009年12月任北京大學藥學院副院長。

2010年1月起聘為國家重大研究計劃（973）“基於基因密碼子擴展的蛋白質標記新方法”的首席科學家。

2012年起任天然藥物及仿生藥物國家重點實驗室系主任。

2016年1月12日接替劉俊義擔任北京大學藥學院院長。

研究方向

主要從事藥物研發過程中新技術新方法的研究。

方向包括新型抗病毒小分子、蛋白質生物大分子藥物、藥物靶點/生物標誌物發現與確證等。

科研成果

2021年1月，張烜教授團隊與北京大學周德敏教授團隊聯合，開發了基於自身抗原肽的可控、通用型嵌合抗原受體T細胞（CAR-T）技術，用於自身免疫病的治療，並在國際上首次將光控“開關”分子應用於CAR-T中，實現CAR-T的精確調控以減少不良反應。相關研究成果近日在線發表於國際權威學術期刊《風濕病學年鑒》和《細胞·化學生物學》。

目前牽頭國家973、創新藥物專項、基金委重大和國際合作基金等七項；在Science、PNAS、Chem Rev、JACS、JMC、NAR等雜誌發表論文50餘篇，研究的多個候選葯獲企業支持進入開發階段；全國首屆優秀博士論文獲得者；擔任藥學權威雜誌J Med Chem和Eur J Med Chem編委、J. Chin. Pharm. Sci.（中國藥學(英文版)）的執行主編。

2020年1月，曾供職於美國斯坦福大學醫學院微生物學和免疫學系的Elisabeth Bik在pubpeer網站上指出，北京大學藥學院院長周德敏作為通訊作者或共同作者的6篇學術論文，存在明顯的一圖多用現象。其中包括一篇發在Science上的重磅論文。這讓周德敏陷入涉嫌學術造假風波中。2020年3月26日晚，與周德敏同課題組的中科院院士、北大藥學院教授張禮和回應《中國科學報》：“北京大學已經做過調查，發表的（論文）結果都沒有問題。”
