郝彥玲,中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院副教授,博士,博士生導師,農業部現代奶業產業技術體系專家組成員。
2001年2月:哈爾濱商業大學食品科學專業獲碩士學位。
2004年6月:中國農業大學食品科學專業獲博士學位。
2008.1-2008.3:美國麻省大學短期訪問。
2004.7-至今:在中國農業大學食品科學與營養工程學院工作。
2012.6-2013.6:荷蘭瓦赫寧根大學訪問學者,師從Willlem M devos教授。
農業部奶業產業化專家組成員。
(1)特質功能乳酸菌的高通量篩選及次級代謝產物表達調控研究
(2)乳酸菌脅迫應答機制的研究
(3)乳酸菌發酵製品及微生態製劑的開發
(4)利用基因工程技術生產酶製劑
主持在研項目包括:
主持國家自然基金項目“植物乳桿菌素BM-1的結構鑒定及抑菌機制研究”1項;教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計劃項目“保加利亞乳桿菌保加利亞乳桿菌CAUH1酸脅迫應答機制研究”1項。
