人物簡介


“長江學者獎勵計劃”特聘教授,博導,國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者,新世紀百千萬人才工程國家級人選。1963年出生於湖南長沙縣,1987年赴美留學, 1992年在美國邁阿密大學醫學院生物化學及分子生物學系獲博士學位,1993-1994年在美國邁阿密大學醫學院醫學系從事博士后研究工作,此後一直在美國耶魯大學分子、細胞及發育生物學系從事博士后研究工作。2000年回國應聘為湖南師範大學特聘教授,同年8月被教育部批准為“長江學者獎勵計劃”特聘教授,並獲得國家傑出青年科學基金課題。2001年獲由湖南省省委組織部、人事廳和省科協聯合頒發的“湖南省青年科技獎”。張健博士一直在生命科學的前沿領域從事研究工作,特別是留學美國的13年中,使他在現代分子生物學領域具備了深厚的理論基礎,掌握了基因克隆、基因表達、基因敲除和轉基因動物等各種先進技術,也取得了引人矚目的成績。

主要成果


(1)首次從牛的組織和人的HepG2細胞中分別克隆了DNA聚合酶催化亞基及小亞基,並用計算機軟體對DNA及蛋白質序列進行了分析。(2)通過轉錄因子AP-2a基因的敲除及敲除AP-2a基因后老鼠的表型的分析,發現該基因是哺乳動物顱面部發育的基本調控因子,並為眼球晶狀體小泡的早期形態發生所必需。此結果發表在世界著名學術雜誌《Nature》上,被國際同行引用達220次。(3)用轉基因小鼠模型觀察到AP-2a在乳腺中的大量表達能抑制乳腺的發育,並發現AP-2基因家族(AP-2a、β、γ)的相互作用可能在乳腺癌變過程中起重要作用。(4)發現並克隆了PDIP1基因家族的三個基因,並發現該基因家族具有抗細胞調亡和促進肝切除術后肝臟修復的作用。1991年至今,張健在國外著名學術雜誌上發表論文10餘篇,均被SCI收錄,被國際同行引用次數達500餘次。
目前已在湖南師範大學生命科學學院建立了先進的基因敲除與轉基因動物研究室,申請和主持了國家傑出青年科學基金、國家自然科學基金、教育部重點課題、湖南省教育廳重點項目、湖南省自然科學基金等多項課題,並參與了國家863重大專項和面上項目,開展基因敲除與轉基因動物的研究。主持學校十五期間211工程重點建設項目—“發育生物學與蛋白質化學及蛋白質藥物工程”子項目“蛋白質藥物工程”的建設。目前指導有碩士生、博士生20餘名。
