朱偉明
中國海洋大學教授
朱偉明，男，1965年2月生，現任中國海洋大學醫藥學院教授、博士生導師，海洋藥物教育部重點實驗室副主任。第九屆“中國藥學會-施維雅青年藥物化學獎”獲得者。兼任《中國海洋藥物》雜誌編委，中國藥學會海洋藥物專業委員會委員、中國微生物學會海洋微生物專業委員會委員，中國海洋生物化學與分子生物學分會理事。
近10年承擔973、863、NSFC、國家重大新葯創製專項等國家級研究課題15項，發現新化合物400餘個，在《Journal of American Chemical Society》、《Organic Letters》、《Journal of Natural Products》、《Tetrahedron》等知名學術期刊上發表SCI收錄的研究論文130篇，1篇學術論文被評為Marine Drugs“2015最佳論文獎（Best Paper Award 2015）”。
1、從海洋等來源的特境微生物“talented strains”資源中發掘創新藥物先導化合物：
2、非“talented strains”向“talented strains”的轉化研究：
利用化學誘導和共培養技術，激活微生物中表達次生代謝產物的沉默基因，轉化“非天才菌株”為“天才菌株”。
3、天然藥物的優化：
對具有重要生物活性的微生物天然產物進行結構修飾，探討構效關係，獲得臨床候選藥物。
“深海微生物活性物質的發現及其生物合成技術”（No. 2012AA092104-1, 2012–2015，863子課題）
“海洋微生物次生代謝產物的生理活性及其機制”（No. 2010CB833804, 2010–2014, 973子課題）
“逆轉多葯耐葯抗乳腺癌化合物HDZ-137成藥性評價”（No. 2011AA09070106, 2011–2014，863課題）。
1981–1985年：武漢大學化學系，畢業並獲得理學學士學位。
1985–1988年：武漢大學化學系，畢業並獲得理學碩士學位，發表論文1篇（現為SCI期刊）。
1997–2001年：中科院昆明植物研究所，畢業並獲得理學博士學位，發表SCI論文14篇（第一作者SCI論文8篇）。
1988–2003年：雲南師範大學化學系，從事有機化學科研與教學工作，任講師、副教授、教授；承擔國家、省級課題各1項，發表論文15篇，主編教參1部。
2001–2003年：中國科學院上海有機化學研究所博士后，從事活性產物噴腦皂甙元及其衍生物合成研究，申請中國發明專利3項（授權2項）。
2003–今：中國海洋大學醫藥學院，從事海洋天然產物化學的科研與教學工作，任教授、碩導、博導。承擔973、863、NSFC等國家級課題15項，發表SCI論文115篇，申請中國發明專利25項（授權12項）。
2017年12月8日中國海洋大學朱偉明教授應邀作客“未央導師論壇”，做了題為《特境微生物來源的活性產物研究》的報告。
